    One tool for three load connection variants. The selectively coated raw material can be used for all 3 variants. Several items are produced per punching stroke (falling multiple times).

      USE

      These connectors are mainly used in auxiliary equipment such as electric heating systems, air conditioners, DC/DC converters and battery charging.

      This connector provides excellent shielding and is available in straight and angle designs. Despite their small size, these connectors achieve a current carrying capacity of approx. 60 A at 85 °C.

      REQUIREMENT
      Construction of a high-precision punching tool with the possibility of implementing many different customer connections and further processing options.

      IMPLEMENTATION
      For this purpose, a universal tool was built for Danfoss. With the help of this tool it is possible to map different variants. Both selectively refined soldering pins and selectively coated press-in zones made of high-performance alloys can be fed into the assembly tool. The highly sophisticated contacting elements are produced in a separate stamping process and fed to the stamped grid already refined.

        EDM is a key technology for the production of complex precision parts.

        GRIND

        We process various materials made of steel and hard metal using CNC grinding. The advantages of grinding over other types of machining are the good machinability of hard materials, the high dimensional and shape accuracy (tolerance class IT 5 to 6) and the low waviness and roughness (Rz = 1 to 3 μm) of the ground surface.

        HIGHSPEED-FRÄSEN

        Highly precise in the μ range. Even complex three-dimensional contours can be easily produced using HSC. Another plus is the quick and precise production of electrodes. The milling of cobalt-bonded materials is also a key strength of HSC milling.
